Children's Day: VRS Group's Clothes and Toys Donation drive concludes

  Mohali: VRS Group organised a Clothes and Toys Donation Drive from 7th to 14th November for underprivileged children. The drive concluded on Children's Day.  This initiative was taken by VRS Group under the name 'V R your Smile'. VRS Group is a real estate company based in Mohali, which provides integrated commercial, residential, industrial and townships in the area.  On 14th November, VRS Group organised an event in District One, Sector 68, Mohali, International Airport Road ,  in which underprivileged children were invited to enjoy their day among amusements like toy trains, trampolines and cartoons, among other planned engagement activities. Post this, toys and clothes collected from the drop points, along with food packets for lunch were distributed among the children.   Chandigarh : The Kashmir Files, a film based on the atrocities done on Kashmiri Pandits in the Valley, is gaining popularity and being promoted by the people themselves. Even the producers haven't had to spend much on its publicity. In such a situation, the producers of the film should spend 50% of the income generated by the film on helping the victimized Kashmiri Pandit families, said Ayurveda and Meditation Guru - Acharya Manish. Commenting on the movie, Acharya Manish said that it is heartbreaking to know about the atrocities done on Kashmiri Pandits by Islamic terrorists in the 1990s and their forced exodus from Kashmir valley. This tragedy has been portrayed well in the film.
