Chandigarh:  Architect Manmohan Khanna has been elected as the Chairman of the Indian Institute of Architects (IIA), Chandigarh Chapter, for the term 2023-25, in the recently concluded elections. He holds the distinction of being the Founder Chairman of this newly created Chapter, founded in the year 2015, and continued to head the unit till 2021. The installation ceremony programme was sponsored by JK Cement . Chandigarh : The Chandigarh Regional Centre of the Institute of Indian Interior Designers (IIID) celebrated its 7th Charter Day with a discussion on ways to uplift the standard of interior design education. The Chief Guest of the programme was Ms Sumit Kaur, Retd Chief Architect, Deptt of Urban Planning & Administration, Chandigarh, while Ar Ravindra Kumar from Bangalore was the guest speaker. IIID’s vision is highly professional by helping students in this field and encouraging local artists and artisans from different places.
